COVID-19 Recovered and Visitor and Patient Requirements:
Visitors: Effective immediately, we no longer require screening of visitors on the van for COVID-19 symptoms however referring providers and visitors should refrain from coming on the mobile unit if they do not feel well and exhibit a fever or flu-like symptoms, have a known COVID-19 infection and are in isolation period or have a known exposure to COVID-19 within the last 10 days from appointment. Members of MassTex Imaging, LLC medical team may ask visitor and referral sources to wear a mask if they feel it is appropriate.
Patients: MassTex imaging will continue to only see COVID recovered patients that have met the CDC criteria for “Isolation and Precautions for People with COVID-19” as outlined on the CDC website (available at www.cdc.gov).
There is additional paperwork REQUIRED if your patient has been DIAGNOSED with COVID-19 within a month of your appointment.

There is NO additional paperwork necessary if your patient was NOT DIAGNOSED with COVID-19 or has had COVID more than a month before the MBSS consultation. We appreciate your continued dedication to patients who present with dysphagia and look forward to our continued relationship.
