Visitors: Referring providers and visitors should refrain from coming on the mobile unit if they do not feel well, have a known COVID-19 infection, or have a known exposure to COVID-19 within the last 10 days from appointment. Members of MassTex Imaging, LLC medical team may ask visitor and referral sources to wear a mask if they feel it is appropriate.
Patients: MassTex Imaging will not see patients with active COVID-19. If your patient has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 30 days, there is additional paperwork that will need to be submitted prior to your patient being scheduled with MassTex Imaging.
